I started this circuit training class at work. It kicks my ass two days a week. Now at week 4, I think I'm actually feeling more energetic overall. This was one of my goals in taking the class, so I'm pretty darn happy about it.
I woke up at around 9am on both Saturday and Sunday, which is way early for me on a weekend, and I actually felt rested. Not only that, but I got shit done. I cleaned two whole rooms in my apartment, and did massive amounts of laundry and dishes. And I was excited about it! I felt like I accomplished something for a change, instead of just feeling like an unmotivated lump. I managed to do all that and play Warcraft (which would normally prevent me from doing anything else).
The down side to the exercise is that I'm losing weight. I've dropped almost 4 pounds in the last 4 weeks. This is not a good thing. I was underweight to start with, and now I'm down to what I weighed in high school.
My coworker has a theory that I'm starting to build lean mass, and once my muscles start to grow, I'll actually start gaining. I hope he's right. I'd love to gain some muscle weight.
Being underweight comes with its own set of health problems, and for me it's compounded by the fact that I've got issues with blood sugar levels and now gluten intolerance. Normally, I don't absorb nutrients from the food I eat, so I get very cold and tired after most meals, and I'm pretty low energy in general. But I think this training might really be helping. Feeling awake and motivated is awesome. If I could continue to improve my energy level and also gain 5-10 pounds, that would be ideal.
We'll see how it goes. At least this is a positive start.

Don't make me comment on exercize.
Blech. I ran a few weeks ago. I hope to God I don't have to do it again for another decade.
Answer the "I" by not thinking about it. Write what you feel. It will probably make more sense than you realize.
I... can't wait for your post. :)
We can take over Hell together! Not that I'm a control freak or anything....
I have read that when all else fails, coconut oil helps people put on weight. I personally used it for a different purpose, but I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum. I inherited a German fat gene from me mum.
Keep exercising, though! Maybe it will help your body start to sort things out.
